9day oil change — was asked to perform 60k mile service and wasn’t done. After vehicle was returned; was told it didn’t need to be done until 64k. Will now need to make another trip. Were it not for Ambi Bamahra, I would not be returning to Reeves. I think this is my fourth Range Rover and I’ve always trusted the maintenance there because of Ambi. Took a month and a half to fix my vehicle. Didn’t always receive answer on status of my vehicle when I asked via text message. Was giving a quote via text messages without a break down of cost for labor/par receive answer on status of my vehicle when I asked via text message.
