While the salesperson was professional, the management was the worst. When using my old car as a trade in, I was only $500 for it. Even though the car had about 190k on the odometer, this car (2006 Scion was the worst. When using my old car as a trade in, I was only $500 for it. Even though the car had about 190k on the odometer, this car (2006 Scion Tc) was worth more than 1k. The down-payment on the new vehicle was 4k, however, after applying said down-payment, after signing all documents, I was told that they wanted another 1k on the vehicle (2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV)...this is where things get murky. As they had other vehicles that I was sure would have been a better fit, thus I should have left and canceled the sale. This was after I was told that I needed another 1k to take the vehicle off of the lot. This, to me, was the red flag and I regretted not heeding my wife stating that they were a rip off car dealership. In conclusion, i will never go to them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. More
