From the outset, I encountered a lack of transparency regarding the pricing and financing options. The sales representative and the finance manager appeared disinterested and was not forthcoming with clear answers to my questions. Additionally, I wish that I knew then what I know now. They don’t allow you to have the vehicle checked by a licensed mechanic out before you buy. I bought a vehicle and three days later I had to put it in the shop. I don’t recommend anyone to do business with DENA MOTORS!!!!! They don’t honor their deals. They tell lies to sell defective cars More

First they slipped a salvage title by me and sold me a car with a cracked frame reconciled with them and traded it for another car , big mistake, water pump went out on the second car 2 days later, I had car with a cracked frame reconciled with them and traded it for another car , big mistake, water pump went out on the second car 2 days later, I had to find a local mechanic to fix the car and not to mention the air bag light is on from the minute I pulled off from the lot and so I’m taking the second car back and forth to the dealer and they finally tell me they can’t reset the light I need to set up a time to bring it back to Dena motors so they can take it to a dealer they know to reset the light. Now entire time all this going on I get a letter from the finance company of the first car in which they have not paid off and now is on my credit as a late payment. I highly discourage anyone from buying a car from this place. They pulled some type of credit fraud to where now I got 2 charger scat packs on my credit. I’m currently having my lawyer take over at this point More
