From the outset, I encountered a lack of transparency regarding the pricing and financing options. The sales representative and the finance manager appeared disinterested and was not forthcoming with clear answers to my questions. Additionally, I wish that I knew then what I know now. They don’t allow you to have the vehicle checked by a licensed mechanic out before you buy. I bought a vehicle and three days later I had to put it in the shop.
