The sales and finance were wonderful. I was very disappointed with the vehicle. This was a certified toyota vehicle that I purchased and should have been up to the standards of Toyota’s certificatio disappointed with the vehicle. The tires and brakes were under what toyota recommends as part of the certification. The vehicle also did not get a alignment which was much needed. Had multiple places and people confirm this information. Having owned a dozen new and used Toyota’s, I am very surprised this was my experience. All the dealer said was that it was checked during the process and they thought it didn’t need tires and brakes. No alignment performed even though vehicle badly needed one. For the money i spent on the vehicle it should have been up to the standards Toyota is known for. More
