Aaron was great to work with. Finance was easy and simple. How ever upon delivery the car interior had stains on the head liner which I cleaned my self. Driver front floor Matt wa Finance was easy and simple. How ever upon delivery the car interior had stains on the head liner which I cleaned my self. Driver front floor Matt was installed over the gas pedal causing an error of both pedals pressed at the same time. Windows were streaky not very clean. I bought this car for 33,000 dollars it would have been better if it was better detailed. Like put a little more effort in to it. But like I said I would totally do business with Aaron again. More

The buying process was great. Aaron was great. The car however is not that great. I understand that it is a used car, however, it doesn’t seem to have been inspected very well bei Aaron was great. The car however is not that great. I understand that it is a used car, however, it doesn’t seem to have been inspected very well being being put up for sale. Right when we got the car it started making a loud crunching noise noise in the front passenger break area every time we would break. Aaron was gray and let us take it in to be looked at. The mechanics said that there was nothing wrong and they just make loud noises like that and the only way it would go away was if the break was replaced. They said there was enough life on them that they didn’t need replacing. Later that week, my car began to drive loudly as if the catalytic converter was missing. We took it in and the pipe connecting to the converter rusted out and was disconnected. We were told to take it to another place to get it fixed, which we did and Toyota covered the cost of the repair. However this week, my car has started making a loud noise again and we suspect that there is a rusted out hole in another part of the car’s exhaust system. We feel like at this point, there is no point in reaching out because we probably wouldn’t get any assistance this time around. It is just disappointing that we have had this car just under a month and it seems that one thing after another has been happening. I understand that people spend a lot mor money on cars there, however, $10k (especially when paying in cash) is a lot of money to drop on a car that has had something come up almost weekly. I have a 3 star review because I am not the happiest with the car, but Aaron has been great through the whole process. More
