This was by far the BEST experience I've ever had with a car dealership! In less than 24 hours from my initial inquiry, I was in my brand new Jeep. I purchased a Ford F150 Platinum from this dealers Deception" My experience with Shottenkirk Prosper CJDR can be summed up in one word: appalling. I purchased a Ford F150 Platinum from this dealership under the false pretense that it had a clean history, only to later discover it had been involved in an accident and hastily repainted. When confronted with this blatant deception, the dealership shamelessly shrugged off any responsibility, offering nothing more than a flippant "buyer beware" as though it absolved them of their deceitful practices. Shottenkirk Prosper CJDR's blatant disregard for honesty and customer trust is reprehensible. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to look elsewhere, unless they have a penchant for being swindled and lied to. Save yourself the headache and avoid this den of dishonesty at all costs. More

Charles Bethany, Sales LaVaughn Andrews, Finance Bijon Parker, Finance I just leased my fifth Chrysler vehicle - four in Minnesota, and now one in Texas, where we just moved. Although it was the first day of work at Shottenkirk Prosper for Charles, he bent over backwards to make the experience a special one. To be honest, the lease language and procedure were different than Minnesota - actually confusing. We came back in several days later, and LaVaughn and Bijon from Finance walked us through each line item and ultimately resolved the issues we had to our mutual satisfaction. They are consummate professionals, patiently listened to our concerns, understood our frustration and treated us, not like just another sale, but as family. We will be back! More
