Anthony (Tony) Montesano replied to an online search I did. When the specific VW CS came in, Tony sent me an awesome video so I could see exterior and interior. When my husband and I arrived to see the SUV, Crystal met us in parking lot for Tony had to leave early, and had told her we were on the way. I knew that was the CS I wanted! I love it! Aaron at the desk was very professional and gave us a fair honest deal. When we picked up my car Tony went over so much information with us and even driving plus parking assistance to explain more. All three Sales People were courteous, professional, clearly explained details, and answered our many questions. Great experience to buying a brand new car! ID4 Wasn't ready for pickup on Monday at 11AM as agreed to. Brought it back at 4PM and waited until 7:30PM. Vehicle not touched until I went to the prep area to inquire at 7pm. Detailer then ran it through to. Brought it back at 4PM and waited until 7:30PM. Vehicle not touched until I went to the prep area to inquire at 7pm. Detailer then ran it through a car wash but didn't vacuum, didn't wipe down substantial amount of fingerprints or anything else, and left plastic on a rear seat. Was missing a retainer for the black wheellock covers. In addition, two to THREE HARD credit inquiries made to all THREE credit bureaus on BOTH my wife and me for this ONE credit app to VW Credit. One HARD credit inquiry made to EACH credit bureau from Brandon VW and one to two HARD credit inquires made from VW Credit for ONE CREDIT APP TO VW CREDIT. Call to resolve ISSUES was unsuccessful due to GM Paul Gomez insisting that we received "phenomenal customer service." Gomez went on to state we shouldn't come to Brandon VW for service or buy another vehicle. Except for the incompetent & lazy detailer, and Obnoxious Manager Gomez, sales members worked well and were polite in completing sales transaction. More
