This guy TOPS the list of the most rude car salesman that I have ever had to deal with. When I let the manager know that I wanted to pay cash for the car he said that he wouldn’t except that and that I had to finance or pay a “ bump “ on the price. A “ bump “ means what they charge the customer OVER MSRP for the vehicle. So I was put in a position to where I either pay $2,500.00 extra ON TOP of the MSRP of the car or he wouldn’t let me buy it outright. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! They are xxxx. More

Unfortunately it was not the best experience to say the least. Told me that I would get a 2,75% interest and it turn out to be a 4.99%. At time of signing! Left. And they got me a 3% later! It started to smell like gas and they wanted me to continue driving the car! It turn out that the gas line was leaking. They would not provide a tow service and could not fix the act until next Wednesday 4 days later. Today afternoon I still can’t drive the car! They won’t provide a loaner and I even had to pay for the tow service!! Very disappointed! To say the least! I hope the car does not give me more trouble. Not very helpful. And even the service representative in the Orlando North dealer, we’re they hopefully fixed the car gave me attitude! I expected much better service after buying a 35,000 dollar car. But this is what I got. More
