But because of him I stuck with GM and the sales agent worked with me and my son as I was out of town. i usually bought my cars from Brennengen Chevrolet. Even when I was stationed out of state In years past, I would buy from them fly home to pick it up in West Salem and drive it to my duty station. . But this time we chose your location because my condo is in Madison and West Salem is a bit of a drive. So far we are not displeased with this choice. Wonderful experience from start to finish We saw a vehicle online and because we live almost two hours away, we called to verify that it was still in stock. Immediately upon speaking with Aaron we were very impressed. He personally walked to the lot to make sure it was still there. We have gone to other dealerships in the past only to have them attempt to sell us a car that we didn't want after their online inventory was incorrect. Everything from sales to financing was smooth and pleasant. Even the other employees, that weren't directly helping us, aided in making our experience a great one. They were kind and conversational during the brief times we had to wait through the purchasing process. We left with a beautiful vehicle (freshly washed, with a full tank of gas) and big smiles on our faces. We will definitely look to Symdon for our next vehicle. The drive will be well worth it. More

No hassle, easy buying experience I found a couple cars on their website that I wanted to test drive, and came in on a Saturday to drive both. Settled on liking one car over the other and were given some numbers, but wanted to think on it a little bit. Aaron called later in the week to follow up but wasn't pushy at all. When I mentioned I was going to try to private-sell my current car to get more money than their original trade-in estimate, they immediately upped it to the private sale price I was seeking. Made it a no brainer to go ahead with the trade-in. Aaron and Shane were very easy to work with, and within an hour of coming in to sign the papers the car was mine. Can't think of how the process could have been any easier. More
