I joined the auto industry in August of 2016 after working a vast array of different fields, most recently a moving company. I needed a new challenge and wanted to be close to home in case my wife or children needed me. Poor customer service We bought a vehicle not sold a vehicle. No detail kit available nor tags. Where asked too leave a number cause finance was too busy so we left. Went back too get tags & needed assistance with getting pandora to work salesman and another could or would come out too look to help. And was actually told I could go to Zemmermen Chevrolet dealer & that they could help it's a warranty thing. So very confusing. And still haven't got a call for under car spray protection that was payed for?. Nor a detail kit available. So definitely things too be looked at. Would appreciate any help with. Thanks mark More
