Aaron and Shane were both very helpful in making a deal over the phone. I saw the truck on your Autotrader add and it had all the options I was looking for. I had talked to a couple other dealers and by th over the phone. I saw the truck on your Autotrader add and it had all the options I was looking for. I had talked to a couple other dealers and by the time dealer costs were figured in they had added $9000.00 to the price. It was very nice not to have to put up with feeling I was being scammed. Several phone call, Arron and Shane wre very polite and not pushy at all.Also had a good experience when Russel delivered the truck. Russel was very helpful and he was very polite and friendly. About what you'd expect. I bought a used Honda Civic with just under 100k on it, 8 years old at the time. When I looked into the price they were about $1000 over the avera I bought a used Honda Civic with just under 100k on it, 8 years old at the time. When I looked into the price they were about $1000 over the average according to kbb. I asked them to come down on it and they did come down about half of what I asked. I had looked at a Toyota Avalon and a briefly a Chevy Bolt and both were also just over 1k over that kbb mid ground. I made the offer on the Avalon but my salesperson, Aaron, said they were going to be less willing to come down on that particular car. I really lead the sale, I got no pressure from Aaron, he was just informative. He did somewhat jump on the sale when I said I was interested but when I backed off and wanted to think about it overnight he didn't pressure me to make the sale that day (I came back two days later to get the car at a slightly reduced price). They did give me a generous trade in value for my mini van. That's honestly what kept me there and why I didn't wait longer to find a better deal. I think they drove it around the lot once and took a good look at my damaged front bumper. Shane, the finance guy, seemed to want to push the warranties they were selling. To be fair, his words didn't say that, but emphasis and tone to me did. I still gave him four stars because it wasn't much and may just have all been in my head. I brought my dog in both times and they were more than welcoming to him and when filling out the paperwork he walked around the dealership like he belong there and got pets from the various folks there either shopping or working. Have had the car a little under a week now, no surprises, but it is a Honda Civic, so... Yah, lets buy the most boring reliable car out there and it'll be a surprise if I have to do anything but oil changes for two years and even then it'll just be time to get new rubber. Overall you could do a lot worse than Symdon in Mount Horeb. They are a dealership so they do want to get theirs, but if you're not expecting to rip them off, you won't be disappointed with them. More

Buying a car, new or used, for me is a painful process in general, one of the main reasons why I run my vehicles for 200-300K miles, however, Symdon made it a whole lot less painful for me. My first time buying at Symdon and was able to get in and out quickly and mostly pain-free (spending $$$ still hurts but not their fault). Between Aaron (sales) and Shane (finance) the process went very quickly and was very reasonable. Even the trade-in evaluator (don't remember his name) gave a nice value to the trade-in, something that I've had bad luck with at other dealers in the past. Either way, I'd recommend Symdon, and Aaron and Shane, to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
