He went the extra mile by working with General Manager Jamie McElroy to find a fair solution when we couldn't quite reach an agreement on the demo vehicle. I truly appreciated Aaron's professionalism, communication, and commitment to earning our business. A special thank you to Stephen in Finance. Since we live two hours away, he handled most of the financing over the phone, beat my outside financing rate, and had everything ready when we arrived. We had also let him know in advance that we weren't interested in additional products or add-on packages, and he completely respected our wishes without any pressure when we arrived. We knew we'd be pressed for time on the day of purchase, and our request to get in and out of the dealership quickly was honored and greatly appreciated.
