Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us. We apologize for the extended wait time you encountered during your oil change appointment. While we are glad to hear you were not charged for the service, we understand that three hours for an oil change is excessive and does not align with our service standards. To discuss this matter further and ensure your future visits are more efficient, please contact Patricia Charles, our Customer Relations Representative, at pcharles@vtaig.com or 505-338-5826 at your earliest convenience. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to serving you better in the future.
