I brought my 2022 Cayenne in on June 4 for a warranty repair because of an audio issue. When I returned on June 18 to pick up my car, I found out that my windshield had been damaged while the vehicle was in their possession. Nobody informed me I only found out when I was about to drive out of their parking lot. Thank God I didn't drive out. I was told by the service manager Aaron Geiger that it would take another 3–4 days. Instead, my car stayed there until July 8. A total of 34 DAYS! The front desk kept dragging things out. One time, the front desk lady told me to call back in 30 minutes, but when I called back, another employee picked up and told me she had already gone home. This is how "professional" they are. For over three weeks, every phone call ended with "a couple more days." No one could give me a real answer or an actual completion date. The most unbelievable part happened when I finally drove to the dealership in person because no one would provide clear information over the phone. After being told yet again that it would take "a few more days," I said OK, and I asked to retrieve some personal belongings from my car. Only then did the staff realize my windshield had already been replaced and my vehicle was sitting there completed. They didn't even know the car was ready. SERVICE MANAGER Aaron Geiger never apologized, never came out to speak with me, and never gave me any explanation for what happened. To make matters worse, the original audio issue returned just a few days later. I took the vehicle to another Porsche dealership, where they immediately verified the problem, replaced a faulty speaker under warranty, and even discovered a coolant leak that required repair—something Porsche Gold Coast completely failed to notice during the 34 days they had my car. This dealership showed no communication, no accountability, and no respect for its customers. Porsche builds world-class vehicles, but Porsche Gold Coast Service Center completely fails to deliver the level of service that the Porsche name represents. More

THE VEHICLE PROBLEM: My $174,000 2026 Cayenne GTS had safety system failures from delivery (October 18, 2025). Systems permanently deactivated—not temporary warnings. SEVEN WEEKS. 423 MILES. FOUR FAILED REPAIRS. Diagnostic data showed 8.3-8.4 volts (30-40% below normal 12-14V). They saw the data and still claimed "everything is normal." Service Manager Aaron found a "fault" needing more diagnosis, but Chris Alves insisted everything was fine. CHRIS ALVES - DISMISSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL: After four failed repairs, I shared diagnostic data to help. No apology. OWNER EVAN - COMPLETE SILENCE: TWO detailed emails. ZERO response. OTHER ISSUES: Service tech drove my 98-mile car aggressively, returned it with burning smell, admitted it when questioned. DESPITE THIS, I: Wrote positive reviews initially Remained patient through four failures Recognize good service when I see it THE BOTTOM LINE: Seven weeks, four failed repairs, diagnostic evidence, dismissive treatment, gaslighting, owner silence.
