Evelyn at the front desk has the worst attitude ever and zero customer service and I've come in there multiple times to service my car. I'm glad I got Norma this time. Nobody really ever calls you to update you as far as the problem with your car or how long it will take. You have to call them all the time and half the time they aren't available.
