Two days later I reached out via text and was told “parts are not available yet”. I had to contact Jenkins each time over 5 days for a loose clamp and no parts for the camera recall. That’s excessive and would have asked for a loaner if I’d known. I’m told I’ll be contacted when the parts are in, bet? I was a service manager, one of my biggest frustrations was techs / people not calling customers proactively, even if you have nothing to say other than “haven’t forgotten about you”. When customers have to call for info after days go by it never sets the stage for a good customer service experience. The work that was done appears to have solved the noise issue. Thnak you! More
