Length of time was not realistic, 5 days. Engine noise turned out to be a loose clamp on the exhaust. Was in formed on day 3 car was ready, I asked about the recall, (identified at drop off Engine noise turned out to be a loose clamp on the exhaust. Was in formed on day 3 car was ready, I asked about the recall, (identified at drop off) “let me check and I’ll call you back”. Two days later I reached out via text and was told “parts are not available yet”. I had to contact Jenkins each time over 5 days for a loose clamp and no parts for the camera recall. That’s excessive and would have asked for a loaner if I’d known. I’m told I’ll be contacted when the parts are in, bet? I was a service manager, one of my biggest frustrations was techs / people not calling customers proactively, even if you have nothing to say other than “haven’t forgotten about you”. When customers have to call for info after days go by it never sets the stage for a good customer service experience. The work that was done appears to have solved the noise issue. Thnak you! More

No surprises on any count. Pick up was punctual, feedback from the service department was timely and costs were within reason. Did not jump at the chance to sell me more tires after my concern for tire ware was expressed. Vehicle was returned on time and not only washed but essentially detailed with all the bug debris removed from the wind shield and body. More
