The Service Writer told to expect a 1. 5-2 hour wait. About an hour later he came into the Waiting Room and said everything was ready to go. This is great customer service when you set expectations and then exceed them. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I was allowed to bring my little Jack Russell in, and she was the hit of the dealership. Everyone came over to say hello-she had a great time. All in all, this was a great experience. More
