Very happy with the purchase of my truck from key ford. Kathy-Jo Donahue was a huge help! Only complaint was that the truck came with barely a quarter tank of fuel. Wish it was full for the money I spent! Kathy-Jo Donahue was a huge help! Only complaint was that the truck came with barely a quarter tank of fuel. Wish it was full for the money I spent! She made me feel VALUED which was very important to me. She went out of her way to ensure I would have the Bronco Sport by the end of the day. I highly recommend her and look forward to future purchases with her. Aaron was so nice and did a great job of explaining all the services they had to offer. He was able to finish the sale politely and promptly and made sure that I had everything I needed. The service team did a beautiful job preparing the vehicle as well. The robin's egg blue shined beautiful in the afternoon sun. I would recommend them 100% to everyone looking. More

I had been dealing with the body shop because they have had my 2021 Escape for over 6 months due to an accident that was not my fault. With the parts issue, beyond their control, I was kept informed regularly on the progress by Lynn. Lynn was very courteous, sympathetic and understanding of my situation. After 6 months and still no car, I just wanted a new one and Kathy Jo and Key Ford came through for me. Kathy Jo contacted me very promptly and had me in a new car within a week. It was a pleasure to have her as a Sales Person. She came in on her day off to deliver the Escape because that was the only day I had free to pick it up. I love my New 2022 Ford Escape SEL. My experience from start to finish was great! More
