Purchased my truck (used) from these folks 7 years ago and paid upfront $500 or so for the lifetime free oil changes. So this maintenance service is what I mainly have them address consistently. All oth and paid upfront $500 or so for the lifetime free oil changes. So this maintenance service is what I mainly have them address consistently. All other vehicle services I price elsewhere first. They’re a Chevy dealer, and my truck is not- so I prefer to have the manufacturer certified tech / shop or dealership then do any major work / repair. They’ve probably changed the oil 17-18 times now. So it’s paying for itself at this point. I’ve had a few poor experiences in all these years, such as a couple of loose oil cap times, a couple of loose drain plug times, oil spilled down the side of the engine, oil pooled on the skid plate, and this most recent change a wadded paper towel left jammed against the transfer case when I suppose they checked all the fluids and didn’t remove afterwards. Each time I’ve advised the team and let them know about it for honest feedback and accountability or just training. (Except the paper towel). Typically they offer a wash & wax and a -how can we make it right - for you -kind of commitment. So that is well appreciated. And why I continue to go to them. (I paid for the lifetime oil change too…). But I will always advise anyone to INSPECT what you EXPECT afterwards on any vehicle work you have done. Thanks. More

I recently had a fantastic experience and wanted to share it. Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The service was attentive and friendly, the quality was excellent, and I felt truly val it. Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I had a poor experience several years ago at Windy Chevrolet when I brought my 2012 Colorado in for a “no tow mode” perceived issue. It turned out that I was probably not pushing the buttons correctly Chevrolet when I brought my 2012 Colorado in for a “no tow mode” perceived issue. It turned out that I was probably not pushing the buttons correctly. However at this time the tech involved said I needed brakes and front end work totaling $2000. Being a DYI guy I went to NAPA and bought the parts. Imagine my surprise when everything was still at least 75% usable. I returned to Windy and the service manager verified my findings. So my confidence level was poor when I had my current problem of non functioning odometer and non working key fobs. I explained my worries to Bob the current Service Manager and he was understanding That being said my current problem with the BCM and dash cluster was somewhat technical. The tech involved, Bob the service manager and Ryan the Service writer all did an excellent job solving the problems and locating a used cluster at a reasonable price. I would recommend Windy highly after this good experience and would say that my faith is renewed in their integrity and I will be returning for service in the future and will recommend them to people I know. Thank you Ryan and Bob More
