This trk has had a history in the last 3 months which resulted in a warranty bought and covered replacement transmission. After being installed over a months time, it still did not fix the original prob resulted in a warranty bought and covered replacement transmission. After being installed over a months time, it still did not fix the original problem it had gone in for… On a weekend road trip from Idaho to Wa I limped in with my Silverado with history land told the techs at windy, my transmission is falling out with lights and buzzers acknowledging this fact. It was late on a Thursday afternoon so when they said they wouldn’t be able to look at it due to prior commitments, we left and returned with a rental car. It was then that the gentleman at the counter let me know that the problem diagnosed already and with my permission, it would be done in an hour or so. To sum this up: The trk was misfiring due to very badly warn plugs! (I was shown the plugs after Trk was running like never before) From one dealership to another- we know which one to bring our vehicle to for outstanding customer service and superior tech knowledge and know how! When I’m ready- I will return to windy for my next purchase! More
