Look for Aaron, Nacho, and the condescending sales manager, Blake — they were, in my opinion, the full embodiment of that term during my experience there. To suggest that after less than three months of driving this vehicle, the reason I needed new tires was somehow my fault was unbelievable. What really shocked me was that instead of taking responsibility, they tried to “make me a deal” on three new tires. How about doing the right thing and putting safe, adequate tires on a vehicle before selling it in the first place? A month ago, I even brought the car in and pointed out the missing rubber on one of the tires, only to be told it must have happened after I bought it — which I completely disagreed with. In my opinion, this dealership is a headache waiting to happen. I was actually preparing to buy a brand-new car and planned to give them my business, but after this experience, I will never spend another penny there — and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone else does either. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place. More
