I’ve had a couple issues working with Country Chevrolet. First off when I traded my old truck in, I let them know I was going to have my upgraded stereo equipment taken out of the truck (at my expense) and First off when I traded my old truck in, I let them know I was going to have my upgraded stereo equipment taken out of the truck (at my expense) and have the old speakers reinstalled. When it came time for that appointment, my installer told me the old speakers weren’t in the truck (the old speakers were inside of an Infinity Kappa box in the back seat). I called the dealership to let them know the speakers were missing (while I’m trying to find out where these speakers were I was paying the installer $80 hr basically waiting for the speakers). Country Chevy finally called me back and told me the speakers were found under one of their technician’s tool box. The other issue I had was about two weeks after the sale my wife began calling Country Chevy to find out about the trade in payoff as our bank did not receive the payoff. She was told “they should have it by now”. But the dealership didn’t look into it. Exactly a month after the sale, my bank took my trade in trucks monthly payment out of my savings account. I was livid and called Country Chevy, they told me that the administrative people were off and they would look into it. The next day I received an email from Country Chevy with a tracking number saying the payment was signed for two weeks after the sale. When I started looking into it, they sent the pay off check to a residential address in a city that doesn’t even have a branch/office of my bank. They ended up resending a check to my bank just in time for me to make my first payment on my new truck. So during this deal, I had to pay extra money for my stereo installer to sit around and wait for speakers that someone at the dealership took out of my trade in truck and then I had to pay extra for daily interest charges because they mailed my pay off check to just some random person. Not to mention the amount of time wasted on the phone trying to get these issues corrected, If I have to listen to that annoying message while on hold after calling this dealership again ai think id lose it. Love my new truck but not the experience from Country Chevy. More
