It was a nightmare. Service Dept is horrible. I took my LR after a week of buying it to fix some issues. It took eight days to get it back. Lack of communication between Service Dept is horrible. I took my LR after a week of buying it to fix some issues. It took eight days to get it back. Lack of communication between the Service Dept and the customer. Reached out several times to get the status of my LR. Couple of issues were done but kept my LR for awaiting part. They should have released my LR to me so I can use it while waiting for the part. I bought the TREK Edition but missing cable for the Yeti charger and missing manual instructions for the Refrigerator and Yeti charger. A big shout out to Eric Brooks for helping me out for the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Keep up the good work Eric Brooks, you are a big asset to the company.
