This place is a waste of time. Took my rental 3 weeks into my “repair”. And it wasn’t anywhere near done. Part was on “supposedly” back order. Took my truck back and drove it to a Took my rental 3 weeks into my “repair”. And it wasn’t anywhere near done. Part was on “supposedly” back order. Took my truck back and drove it to a different dealer who got in done IN 2 DAYS! Will not recommend this service center. More

I was very pleased with my experience at Walser Polar in White Bear Lake. Staff were exceptional and helped each other as a team which isn’t always evident in commission- based dealerships. My salesperson, Quinn, went above and beyond and assisted in every aspect of my experience. He also took the time to follow to make sure my car was working out for me. He was thorough, thoughtful, helpful, and personable. When he didn’t know the answer to something, he sought assistance. Lucas, his manager, was very helpful in that regard. I love the car I purchased and am so grateful I had this experience to top it all off. I highly recommended this dealership to be effective while taking the time to help you through a potentially stressful process. More

They have terrible communication and dishonest. I was quoted 1 amount and charged double with no heads up. I called 3 times asking about the charges with NO phone call back.
