First and foremost. This is primarily for people looking to buy used EVs. Their warranty does NOT cover the battery, and it lacks a lot of the coverage of HV specific items that are wonderfully expensive; this also includes the three month warranty they give you for simply buying there. It's more or less entirely worthless for EV purchasers. Secondly. They claim all their vehicles go to a 'recon' center and that issues are fixed. I have some doubt as to how much effort they put into this process, because my car's traction battery was failing within a week despite these claims. It wasn't somehow an environmental issue or even a hard issue to diagnose/find, which is all the more frustrating since the listing had supposed battery scan data. Do not trust this. Finally. They will try and push warranties and extra services on you to an almost aggravating degree. Which is all the more amusing because the warranty they tried to sell me to which I pointed out the lack of battery coverage, was still sold as a good deal because 'batteries don't usually fail.' A Nissan warranty repair of $16,000 would beg to differ. The facility is clean, staff are nice, and the selling process was relatively painless. However, with this issue which could have been absolutely catastrophic if I didn't do my due diligence, I wouldn't come here again. More
