I bought my 2024 Chevy Tahoe beginning of January and when we walked around it we noticed paint defects. We were told they will be fixed. So we completed a work order. We had to call multiple times to find out when this would get fixed. There was a spot in the hood and when we were there they buffed it out and scratched the entire hood. Went back today and we're told the paint defects can't be fixed and the hood remains scratched. I'm extremely upset after spending 70k on a new vehicle. I'm not impressed. More

I received a quote, set up an appointment and the work was completed to my satisfaction. My only issue was that after my $700 plus brake job, I was asked if I wanted my Suburban washed. Audi, Volvo, Chevy, Cadillac to name a few. In my opinion, the wash should happen complimentary without question. That’s the difference between good dealerships and Great dealerships. More

Was told to bring car in and will get right on it. It took 7 days to look at it so I was without the car for 8 days. I picked up the car and the hood latch alarm went off. It wasn’t that way when I dropped it off. I’m assuming they must have done something. No offer to fix it. Will never buy (getting ready to replace it with another Tahoe-love the SUV) or service it here. Not the kind of service I am used to. I own a BMW and have owned several Mercedes and Cadillacs. I won’t look at an Escalade down the street at Luther’s now. More
