Purchase agreement was done over the phone so I would be able to drive the near 6 hours to pick up and drive home same day; paper were not ready, vehicle was not fueled up, windshield had film of something able to drive the near 6 hours to pick up and drive home same day; paper were not ready, vehicle was not fueled up, windshield had film of something on it from the inside, as you could see sticker marks and debris. Furthermore, I have tried to contact the dealership on numerous occasions to see where the process is with my title and I have had no call back. Each person I have spoken to has given me different timeframes, as I live out of state. I have heard 6-8 weeks all the way to 3 months. This is not the first time I have purchased out of state and it has NEVER taken this long; we are now 4 weeks out and I still haven't heard anything. I just purchased a 2025 Chevy Suburban Z71, trading in my 2023 Chevy Suburban Premier, which was fully loaded. There is no reason I have not had the courtesy of someone looking into this, let alone a call back. More

I had a bad experience dealing with Walser Chev. The sales staff was great up to the time when I was to take possession of my new vehicle. The dealership apparently does not do a vehicle detail befo The sales staff was great up to the time when I was to take possession of my new vehicle. The dealership apparently does not do a vehicle detail before turning over the vehicle. Even after I asked several times if my new truck would be washed detailed and ready, it wasn’t. Imagine my disappointment bringing home an expensive new truck and immediately needing to take it in to be cleaned and detailed prior to showing my family and friends. I am very happy with the truck itself but the way Walser miss represented their vehicle delivery policy ruined the joy of bringing home my new truck. If you have an alternate option go elsewhere because Walser has proven to me that they don’t appreciate your business. More

Incredibly poor communication, including ghosting from General Manager and Service Manager. Lack of transparency regarding the diagnostic process, recall, warranty. Unnecessary charges, service manager promised a $150 deduction on accumulated charges but later denied said promise. I could go on but it will be a waste of time. More
