I’ve brought my vehicle to your service center for many years. For the most part you’ve been great to work with. Your staff have been most accommodating. This last service event on my truck took me for a l years. For the most part you’ve been great to work with. Your staff have been most accommodating. This last service event on my truck took me for a loop. When I made the appointment, I was advised it would be a 3 to 4 hour job. After checking on my vehicle 4 hours later; the service center hadn’t even started on dealing with my issue. That was totally disappointing. It was actually frustrating. I still don’t understand why I made an appointment and it didn’t go in when it was supposed to. I was given a loaner car because it took longer than expected. I shouldn’t have had to use a loner car if it was taken care of as expected. You guys do good work; I think you were just short handed and got behind. It might have been better just to reschedule for a different time. More
