Service writer did not convey my request to the person performing the service. I requested a diagnostic on my radio. The display goes in and out and the sound for my turn signals is not working. The mechanic pushed on the display and claimed I need a new radio because the connection is bad between the face and the radio. I don’t believe this this to be the case and I believe there is a loose connection. I have replaced the radio once and if you push on the radio or certain parts of the dash around the radio it seems to connect. Changed me $100 to push on the face of the radio and give me what I believe is the wrong fix. More
