Excellent!! Our experience working with Timothy McPherson during the purchase of our new vehicle was excellent from start to finish. He greeted me and my fiance Our experience working with Timothy McPherson during the purchase of our new vehicle was excellent from start to finish. He greeted me and my fiance at the door and offered us refreshments immediately and made us feel right at ease from the start. There was no pressure tactics at all. We then started into the process of checking out the vehicle we were interested in. Tim explained the process and answered our many questions regarding the vehicle. He then proceeded to set us up for a test drive. He was very informative of many of the features available on the vehicle and even helped me with my mirror and seat adjustments before the test drive. On return from the test drive we talked about warranties on the vehicle payment procedures. Tim was very understanding when we had to leave for an appointment before we completed our purchase and agreed to finish our transaction later that afternoon when we could return even though it meant he would have to stay later then his end of shift time. We returned and completed our business with Tim that afternoon and left confident this was the vehicle for us. It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend Polar Chevrolet and Timothy McPherson to my friends and family. More
