Do not do any business with Mike! ! Spoke with Mike, he told me they have the exact car I want at their sister location. I was ready to buy and pick it up same day. He told me I nee ! He told me I need to fill out credit application in order for him to bring the car. I did the application as instructed, then received a call from a different guy Aaron, who I didn’t know at the time, ran my credit and asked what car I’m interested in because he knows nothing about it, and neither does the manager, because Mike never did anything about it yet. Frustrated, I directly spoke with the manager Carl, who seemed helpful and told me I need to reply to his email of car proposal and and he will go get the car. Few minutes later I received a call from Mike telling me the car I wanted is actually sold and without apologizing he ignored the whole issue and moved on to try to sell me a totally, completely, different car! I was furious!! How are you going to run my credit and not even have the car???This place is unprofessional and unorganized to say the least!! Mike was horrible! Horrible with communication, and lacks basic social skills. I tried to get a hold of the manager Carl who never returned my calls or email. He knew they screwed up, but never owned up to their mistakes. I ended up going directly to the sister location, and bought the exact car, Laguna claimed was “already sold.” DO NOT do any business with them!! More

With car prices the way are right now. To say I had anxiety about making a purchase is an understatement. Sticker shock with “market adjustment”, VERY few HEV and PHEV vehicles to speak of in 100 mile anxiety about making a purchase is an understatement. Sticker shock with “market adjustment”, VERY few HEV and PHEV vehicles to speak of in 100 mile radius. I managed to find the 2022 Tucson PHEV I had my eye on at this dealership. However, I was still far from convinced it was the right time financially to make a purchase. Jin Kim , Arron Vega, and the manager Phu all helped me for HOURS! We test drove, talked about the market, pricing, financing, etc. They went above and beyond to work with me and let me take my time every step of the way. Jin and Arron were especially patient with me, combing through the numbers, logistics and payments till finally we came to a deal where I was happy. And trust me, in this market as a buyer, that’s not an easy thing to do! More

Aaron is a very knowledgeable, friendly, and customer driven sales person. He helped us narrow our search and spent so much time with us as we constantly had questions to be answered. We went back over a few days as we eliminated other dealerships and cars. Aaron never once bombarded us with calls or texts or emails, he was not a hard pressure sales man and that was why he was such a pleasure to work with in our search. Aaron is the guy to go to for your Hyundai or Genesis needs! I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could! More

Surprisingly bad customer service after new car purchase Hyundai has a 3 day return policy if you have any issues with a car you purchase from them, but it is not supported by all dealerships. This dealersh Hyundai has a 3 day return policy if you have any issues with a car you purchase from them, but it is not supported by all dealerships. This dealership does not honor this policy, and was surprisingly unconcerned with customer service after they sold me the car. Even though I brought back the car within 48 hours of purchasing it after I saw the issue, and even though the information they gave me about the condition of the car when they inspected it was different from what I saw when I picked it up again, neither the General Service Manager or General Sales Manager responded to emails or telephone calls to address the issue. In fact, the General Service Manager could not even meet with me when I was at the dealership picking up the car. I was told he was busy all afternoon and would call me, and he never did. It's nice when they treat you well when all is going well, but to me what is more important part is how they treat you when things go wrong. I felt they failed really badly on that score. There are better Hyundai dealerships out there. More
