Car was listed at 11K, and agreed to a cost of 10. 5K for this car with Herb. At no point did he tell me of the $399 used car fee this dealership has. During the final signing I discovered the fee and 5K for this car with Herb. At no point did he tell me of the $399 used car fee this dealership has. During the final signing I discovered the fee and that my cost was really 10,899. I was told by Aaron and Terry that the fee is in their fine print on their website and there is nothing they can do about it. If this fee was told up front I would have negotiated more or walked away at immediately. Apparently buyers need to look at the website over a handshake with the salesman. They could have easily waived this fee, but instead they now have a seller that will never come back and tell all about this shady practice here. I also said something to Herb on my way out, but he was useless and didn't even say sorry for the mix up. More

Worse post sales services ever. I bough my car a 2016 Lincoln Navigator on February 17 of 2024. 3 days later the car suddenly stop working I try to call never pick up the phone. Also they force you to buy their Powertrain Extent guarantee by LYING and saying the bank is the one who force to purchase the extended powertrain guarantee. I got a call from the bank today and they said their isn't such thing. I took the car to a dealership here on Columbus Ohio and repair the car cost almost the same price tha they were selling it for. Last they took 2 weeks to send the owners tittle to my home address. WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER!!! THEY LIE TO MAKE YOU BUY THEIR POWERTRAIN AND ALSO LIE ABOUT THE SHAPE OF THE CAR. Not true to his words and cares strictly about commission. Will say anything to get you to sign a paper and take advantage of you. Avoids your calls and doesn’t respond for weeks.
