My Story: I am just graduated and a few days ago I went there for buying a used car. It was a beautiful car. I test drove it at 12 noon I liked it and made my mind to purchase it. Now, the first flag, they listed the car as it is from 2017 but the previous owner purchased it in 2016. Upon asking I got a blunt answer "it's 2017 model, each manufacturer does this for upcoming year model..." I said whatever coz car was good. Then I told them I want to finance with my bank. The salesman and manager both said to me we don't take outside loans. I wasn't clear if this was true or not. I still fall for another trap. okay, now we proceed for a loan, I filled the application and all. this person went to manager and 15 min later came back to me and says we are checking with different financial institutes and the first one came to us they gave u 9.99%, I was like what!! Coz has a credit score in a Very Good tier. So, said let's wait for other banks to give their rates. for one and a half hours no one even showed up. then the salesman comes to us and like what you wanna do, do u want to go forward? I asked him what happened to other banks. he said still waiting!! Okay, another two hours no response. meanwhile, they come and say get your insurance, we are cleaning your car, we are blah blah.. then I said okay I will refinance make a deal for now. I said to them I just want a car nothing else, no extended warranty and all those things. The salesperson failed to convince me about this extended warranty. then comes manager Gene was his name. He tried every trick and everything for 1 and a half hours. This time I was so frustrated. coz I been there for 7 hours already. I fall for his trap again. I took this extended warranty and all. Now-Again these people were deliberately delaying the delivery of the car. One more hour. he keeps saying we getting your car ready... Its 8:30 PM now. At this my patience was over, I called them both and said I want my car before dark! 10 min later they bought the car out. and the salesman gave me the keys but I said wait and I started looking car around. and there were scratches on the right side of the car all over the front door. see the picture below. I was pissed. I asked for the manager he comes out, saw it, and immediately says to me, you took a test drive and did it. now I was like in what world this person living in. I said I dove your car at 12 noon it's almost 9 now, it took 9 hours to u to find out this. and then his next response changed my mind entirely. His response was "I was just joking don't get angry" I said I don't want to do business with you give my money back. They gave me money after 4 days. It's a total scam. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! More
