I absolutely and highly do not recommend this dealership. It's sad because the sales dudes are pretty cool. (This is going to be a shortened version because of max characters.) We had our car dealership. It's sad because the sales dudes are pretty cool. (This is going to be a shortened version because of max characters.) We had our car in their for work 2 times and the last time has been a nightmare, up to and including disputing a charge that is over what we told it would be. 400 for hoses and inspection with warranty work for a new engine. They had our car for months and we told them to fix it correctly. They did give us a courtesy car and not one time did they say it had to be back on a given day but when we picked up our car when it was fixed. So they called us up and told us they could not get the sensors to reset and to drive it around to get them to do so and they would give us a letter that a new engine was placed. (With an expired emissions and inspection.) We told them we couldn't do that because of our jobs and living in Philly where the PPA tickets expired emissions and inspections. (The ppa could care less about what a dealership puts down on a piece of paper.) Aaron wasn't happy with us wanting to get our car back fixed (like to the point of calling like a teenager who just had there first breakup and called their recent ex to try to get them back a bazillion times, while even leaving messages we were working... so he called the cops on us and stated our inspection and emissions were fake which I took my car to a service station while at work to get the tags done and that if we didn't have "his" courtesy car back by the end of the day he was going to report it stolen. (Seriously. And prior to this it was never stated and I think I have some vm messages of him that never gave a exact date of when this thing had to come back what was stated was he needed the car back and I know once time while talking to him I said I wanted me car fixed. Now if he said we need the courtesy car back and we will still work on your car it would suck, but the end result is getting the darned car back that I pay 750 for a month back that has the room I need for my kids.) So we drove the car down there unclean because the cops were waiting for us to drop it off who we called ourselves. When we got there I disputed the charge which was 539 some when quoted 400 for emissions and inspection and hoses. I was told by Aaron that if I don't pay the bill he would report my car stolen if I tried to drive it off the lot. So I walked out and called Kia of Coatesville who told me to talk to the manager. Here we talked to the sales manager and not the gm after investigating but whatever. He was cool and said that of we pay the bill the diagnostic and emissions/inspection would be covered next time. Nice gesture but we all really know that we aren't going back there. He was nice and understanding as compared to Aaron who has serious Napoleon complex. Now untop of being embarrassed by them calling the cops, being excused of doing something illegal (and we all know people who do illegal things want an inspection and emissions done by the dealership (smfh) and being threatened to report a stupid car stolen with no real return date and having the cops called on us, not ONLY was the work not completed. I have to write bad reviews, contact my bank, probably have to get a dc number with the police, a lawyer, and the DAs office plus go to kia of coatesville with this thing out of pocket for not only their screw ups with what they were supposed to do but the ac isn't working. I get car sick especially in the passenger seat (it's unfortunate but the truth.) Untop of calling Kia and wasting my time with this the car will now probably be voluntarily repossessed and I will be another one from a non Kia dealership where I know I can can decent service from. It's actually a shame because I like the car, but the service aspect is insane. (And we did call and leave a message about the AC as well as filling it with Freon that was bone dry and still the AC is hot as a hornet.) More

Oil change disaster drove 20 min oil pored out car shut down towed away. Manager was uncaring. Said accidents happen no big deal. No car for me to use. Then he offered free oil changes ( I all ready get t down towed away. Manager was uncaring. Said accidents happen no big deal. No car for me to use. Then he offered free oil changes ( I all ready get that but an oil change is 2 hours so who wants that) also said he would fill my tank when they returned the car. Nope they didn’t. No wonder the support help is so arrogant when you call and while you are there. I had them xx on a recall and was told there wasn’t one. There is. They tried to charge me for the oil change that was part of buying there. More

No proof Simoniz GlassCoat was ever applied after paying $700 for it. They claim to have applied it "over" or "around" an instruction sticker on a high use location on the tailgate. The reality is, they exp $700 for it. They claim to have applied it "over" or "around" an instruction sticker on a high use location on the tailgate. The reality is, they expect blind trust and for consumers to just really want the warranty, not the actual protective coating. Zero trust by talking with multiple people at Murray Kia IF it was applied, zero ownership to having not applied it properly. So much negativity and arrogance from this place! If you want it done correctly, if you'd like it without a hassle and arrogant attitudes, go somewhere else. I've escalated legally to sort it out, while no one there hears the real problem. More
