Josh was great to work with. Having a previous negative experience, I was apprehensive to work with this dealership again but Josh was able to give me hope again to work with. If I could give negative stars I would keep this short and sweet so I don't stress anymore about it since NOTHING but denial will be done. I am sooooo happy I decided not to get a new car with these peopl and sweet so I don't stress anymore about it since NOTHING but denial will be done. I am sooooo happy I decided not to get a new car with these people today after really considering it spending time with a salesman while waiting, because I don't want to do business of any kind with them EVER AGAIN I went into this location to get an oil change and left with a chipped window I brought it to the attention of the person that was helping me (Glenn) he looks at it and says "Well how many miles are on it?"...ummm why does that matter?? After that question I immediately asked for a manager cause xxx? So this useless manager Jason comes over to my car and I told him what was going on pointed out the chip and he says well that's inside... UM ok? Did a worker not get inside my car to take it to be serviced ? Then he says we didn't touch your window um so how is the window rolled up if I came in with it rolled down? He made absolutely no sense at all I see if the chip was on the passenger side window where no one was but it's on the driver's side window and workers 100% were near it and working around it. So instead of hearing this bone head trying to convince me that no one touched my window I asked for a higher up so here comes GM Abby... seemed like she was going to have an idea how to help or offer something she asked Jason how much would it cost to replace something like that he said "I'm guessing around $400-$500" then her concerned face left quickly & NOPE she agreed with him that there was no way it could have been one of her workers. UNBELIEVABLE I asked her if we could do an incident report or have something in writing she said "sure you could write something" We go into Jasons office they tried giving me a blank piece of paper out of the printer for me to write something but also mentioned they wouldn't sign anything so xxx is the point of me writing anything? And what kind of company doesn't have a legit incident report to fill out? She said they have one but it's for legal. Well, if something is going to cost me $400 to $500 sounds like small claims which is legal. She did not offer an incident report for me to fill out. I mentioned to her that I should not be stressing so she didn't want to go back and forth with me she seemed to genuinely care about my medical situation I give her that, but she was not helpful at all with the issue her people caused. Jason was still trying to convince me until the very end that no one could have done that to my car I asked him were you there? were you the one working on my car he said no I said Well how do you know what could have happened? So, I asked to speak to the person that worked on my car took him 5-7 mins to get (coach) him to say nothing happened as soon as he came in the room, I told him why I requested to see him he had the most dumbfounded look on his face HE ALREADY KNEW WHY I ASKED HIM TO COME IN THE ROOM he was coached and a bad liar... I will not add his name simply because he is not management and cannot help the situation. I'm going to end this here because I don't want to waste any more time with these terrible people. Just know if you are going to get your car serviced here be sure to take a very detailed video and or pictures of your car. Or just take it somewhere else I know I will be from here on out. More

Alberto helped me with my new RAM purchase and the experience was excellent! We test drove several and I found the combination I wanted but they didn't have the right color! We explored ordering but I couldn't get the eco diesel anymore and thought the deal was dead. Low and behold they found my truck in Petersburg and had it brought in at no extra charge and 17 miles on the odometer! Alberto then made the buying process as painless as possible (you know what I mean...). Proud owned of a Laramie and Alberto made it happen. Find him on the lot, you won't be disappointed! More

The day after I purchased a used 2017 F-150, I had a check engine light come on. Obviously I felt Hall should resolve the situation, but I expected push back. None given. In fact, Ms. Meeks called me personally to tell me if my local Hall dealer (Hall Ford Elizabeth City) had any issues to call her directly. The entire staff at Hall CDJR was amazing. This our 4th Hall vehicle and I'm a customer for life. More

**** I am editing my review because they worked with me and was able to get me into another car! Thank you so much and i am updating my review based off of my experience. I bought a 2017 vw passat from and was able to get me into another car! Thank you so much and i am updating my review based off of my experience. I bought a 2017 vw passat from this dealership and have had issues with it since the test drive. I have been calling and emailing and getting no where fast. The last time I spoke with Ms meeks she was just in a rush and wanted little to do with my problems. Hall just wants to sell cars they do not care or worry about what condition it is in just as long as you buy the car! They did take it in and replace the pcv valve and now that I am still having issues they are telling me that they suggested things my last service but nothing was suggested for this to stop. I am starting my car in the morning and it's doing a weird jumping in the rev and sounds like my engine is trying to jump out of my car. It is beyond frustrating when you go buy a car and told it is reliable and now left scared to even be in your own car! I wish there was someone above the general manager because this is insane! More

Email communication could be improved. Freight charge $1,495 on price quote twice! , once in the market value selling price and then again separate. Wouldn't acknowledge their mistake. Went to dealership to negotiate a better price and was given a higher price than a previous quote. They also tried to rip me off with added options such as nitrogen in my tires and Chrysler fusion stuff they put on windshields. It's all pure profit for the dealership and does nothing for the car. Look it up. Other Jeep dealerships also wanted to add etching and GPS in the price quote. Avoid excessive scam charges. Don't fall for it. Couldn't work out a deal so I walked out. More

Overall, Hall Chrysler did a good job with the sale of the vehicle I purchased. They were honest and straightforward in what they were willing to do on prices. They represented the vehicle I purchased wel the vehicle I purchased. They were honest and straightforward in what they were willing to do on prices. They represented the vehicle I purchased well. The sales reps I worked with did a good job with the transaction- having the vehicle ready when I arrived from 3.5 hours away. They had everything ready when necessary and they worked with me given my distance from the dealership. The service team quickly and efficiently installed two additional parts I wanted to add to the vehicle. The finance person, Janina, did a good job and was very accommodating. There were only two things that I think could have been handled better. First was the value they offered me on my trade in, but I did accept the deal. The second was that the vehicle smelled like smoke from someone smoking in the vehicle, and I was told their treatment would fix it and it did not. I decided to get the vehicle anyway. The last challenge was that my original salesman left the dealership in the middle of my purchase process, but the dealership did a good job of filling this void. More

Disappointed with management Ken Cascella was very accommodating during the lengthy transmission repair which we were told had been completed prior to the vehicle purchase. Ken seems to have found the problems and corrected them. We have made several attempts to contact this dealership's management with no success even after leaving messages. We chose Hall because of advertising and the size of the dealership thinking they were a reputable company. Our overall experience was far less than we expected. More
