Abby is an outstanding salesperson who truly goes the extra mile. We purchased a brand-new car that required a return visit for several fixes, and she handled the entire process seamlessly on our behalf. extra mile. That said, the car should not have left the lot in that condition. Luther ought to have completed a thorough inspection before the sale was finalized. On the administrative side, Luther also failed to provide a single consolidated email outlining everything required prior to purchase, leaving us sorting through a lengthy back-and-forth chain instead. We also received unsolicited emails promoting insurance alternatives through a third-party partner. When customers are already making a significant investment, that kind of upselling is unwelcome and insulting. Abby: 10 out of 10. Luther Automotive: 5 out of 10. More
