I’ve been with Infiniti for 10 years and I moved to the Orlando area about 5 years ago and I’ve never been treated so poorly. This salesman has been the worst with his “it is what it is” type attitude towa Orlando area about 5 years ago and I’ve never been treated so poorly. This salesman has been the worst with his “it is what it is” type attitude towards the customer. This dealer doesn’t care whether they lose someone or not. They charge you crazy fees too. I don’t like to be played with and this place only does that. They forget to do services when you bring the car in, they never have decent availability for services, I got a nail once they were bothered to have to replace it (warranty), and so much more. Save yourself the headache. More
