Maryland gives temporary tags for 60 days so that a new owner has enough time for the registration to go through. In certain cases, this time period can also be extended. Thank you for your response. My concern is the dealership sold me a vehicle they do not have a title for, registration a side. Furthermore, the attitude that the sales manager and general manager displayed when I identified an issue was unacceptable. This is my 5th Mercedes. I have never had this type of issue before and I have never been treated as if I nor my concerns matter. Some times a simple apology goes a long way. That did not occur and we are beyond that point. The vehicle is at the dealership and there has been no communication on the status of the registration or voiding the contract. A 60 day registration does not cover the sale of a vehicle without a title.

I trust the Maryland state inspection is a good one but I didn’t step off with the intention of buying a used car from the state of Maryland My intention was to purchase a pre owned vehicle from Mercedes Benz - What we got was a vehicle in need of 6900k for tires, spark plugs, serpentine Belt and corrosion issues - far from the Mercedes standard. A used car is used-but this vehicle was not safe to put my family in and not even close to the value agreed upon in negotiations- no disclosures as to condition I am speaking to the dealer but what they have offered ( detail the car) is far from what is needed to salvage this deal At least split the cost of all repairs- 3500 /3500

Still look like “normal wear and tear”? The windscreen rust and wiper retention arm rust are in for body shop work requiring expensive and extensive body work $$$ -Windscreen has to be pulled out and the frame has to be remediated for rust -Wiper assembly requires replacement- vehicle sent to my local MB dealer to remove DASH assembly in order to the wiper assembly $$$$ The production quality is not what it should be - poorly galvanized metal (MBUSA) The fact that this was not disclosed by the dealer is another issue all together and one that was absolutely avoidable on the part of EURO MORTORCARS GERMANTOWN MD Make this right

Kersten, As yo may be aware, we purchaed a GL 450 on Saturday and on Monday saw a chip in the windshield. The Safelite repair person who came to fix it said that this had been previously repaired and that there was nothing that could be done. I immediately called Abdul, who refused to take responsibility. The CPO process should have caught this and the windshield should be replaced at your dealership's expense. Rather than do the right thing, Abdul has stalled, delayed, and acted like he is doing me a favor by agreeing to pay for half the cost of replacement. This is unacceptable. I would like the windshielf replaced at the dealer's expense. Your CPO process failed to correct this, and thus it is entirely the dealership's responsbility. Please feel free to look up the records, speak with whomever you need to and see if this can be resolved. Thank you.

Safelite could not do anything. I have been working with Abdul, but he is unwilling to agree that the dealership is responsible. The MBUSA Web site says that the CPO process makes sure that all glass if okay. That was obviously overlooked and it is not okay. My salesperson Ramesh knows the details and you can speak with him. All said and done, I have spent countless hours this week speaking with people at the dealership to get this resolved to no avail. Either it gets resolved this week, or I will be returning the car, as the CPO process was clearly flawed and I have no assurance that any of the supposed 130 point inspection was actually conducted correctly.

I would really like an amicable resolution of this matter and it has been dragging on with excuses of people not being available. The reality is nobody is unavailable.
