I had a great experience at every step during my car purchase at Metro Lexus. Abed found the car of the color that I wanted (iridium), sent me the car spec in advance to make sure that this is the car I purchase at Metro Lexus. Abed found the car of the color that I wanted (iridium), sent me the car spec in advance to make sure that this is the car I want, and kept me updated about the car delivery to the dealership. Since I was out of town when the car was delivered, Abed picked me up from the airport to the dealership to do the purchase paperwork. The whole dealership team was standing near my car and congratulated me on the purchase. Then Tysean showed me what all these numerous buttons in the car mean and how to essentially opearte this state-of-the art car. Finally, a very nice lady (sorry, I forgot her name) did the purcahse paperwork with me, which was also very smooth. Overall, I had a great experience at Metro Lexus dealership and is happy with my purchase. It is alreday the third day that I am driving my brand new Lexus and is enjoying every minute being in this car. More
