He was informative; explaining the features of the NX and how they compared to other Lexus models and to my needs in a vehicle. Abed was enthusiastic about Lexis but not narrow sited. He kept me informed about the availability of the NX but was not pushy, giving me the space to make my decision. He was pleasant and kind in our interactions. Sarah Klein assisted me with the financial matters of my vehicle purchase. Sarah made the information understandable, was professional and handled the transaction in a timely fashion. Tysean Yorke was the delivery specialist who acclimated me to my new NX. Tysean is especially terrific. He explained the features of the NX in a simple manner and was patient as I asked questions and reviewed the more technical aspects of the vehicle. He is very professional and well suited for his position. Mike Gleydura the sales manager of Metro Lexus knows that I had been a loyal Audi customer for over 20 years. He explained the Lexus focus on customer care and the specific customer services from purchase to service available at Metro providing continuity in my ownership experience beyond purchase. The dealership set the appropriate expectations with regards to delivery date. Some features like 6.6kw module lacks the level 2 power cable needed to use it and the trunk area is missing a carpet.
