I was a past Metro Lexus owner for 9 years and left for 3 years due to a previous poor customer service experience with a former salesperson. It was a pleasure to be connected to Abed Darwish at Metro Lexus when I called to schedule an appointment. He immediately pulled up my record and updated my file. We discussed my needs as I told him I was committed to getting another Lexus and made an appointment for the following Monday. He had a car ready for me to test drive (I had told him my color preferences), and off we went. Abed answered thoroughly both mine and my husband's questions without hesitation. I made a decision that night and returned 3 days later to pick up my new car. During the few days in between, Abed stay in contact via text or phone call, as we ran into a little xxxx-up on my part. I had totally forgotten that I had my credit report locked for almost a year due to a past security breach with the credit agencies and at their recommendation. I had to address this immediately, but all went well. It was extremely gratifying to be welcomed "back to the family!" More
