We had been focused on a hybrid and decided that a Certified Used Lexus ES300h was the right car for us. Working with Abed was straightforward and refreshing. I know he was representing the dealership but we also felt he was working both with and for us. We needed to leave quickly at the end of our work together and he hustled to make everything happen quickly and efficiently. Part of that was the coordination between Abed and Joanie to complete the paperwork and help us on our way. Overall it was a delightful experience and I cannot recommend Abed, Joanie and the entire team at Metro Lexus enough! P.S. We have had our previous Lexus vehicles serviced here after switching from another regional dealership and have never been happier. More

We have had several Toyotas and were very happy with them so after visiting several dealerships and not being quite satisfied especially with the sales experience, I headed for Metro Lexus. My salesperson was Abed Darwish who immediately made me feel comfortable as I explained my specific wishes! He was professional and personal and personable and everyone I saw was nicely dressed and friendly, not only to me but to one another. I liked that they offered options on leasing and buying and years and miles and we settled on it and I did not feel pressed to negotiate... I knew the options. Yes I probably could have tried but I was satisfied and comfortable. After test driving it, I was signing papers and drove away after a little celebration! Love my Lexus! I methodically learned the tech I would use on top of their thorough demo. Thanks Corina! The customer experience is great...goodies and nice lounge area and service etc great.... and they have continually kept in touch even offering to change the clocks when we switched! They dry your car after they wash it! These things count! Would definitely recommend... And 5 stars for Abed Darwish! More
