I have bought two vehicles from Honda of Jonesboro and have been treated well both times. I really enjoyed working with Gary. I asked a lot of questions and he was happy to help. Service department needs knowledgeable & helpful customer service personnel. I was given conflicting stories when my car was taken there after hitting a deer. They had it for 2 weeks before anything customer service personnel. I was given conflicting stories when my car was taken there after hitting a deer. They had it for 2 weeks before anything was done & that was only after multiple phone calls from me and talking to the girl I was working withs supervisor. Also, I called on a Saturday and service dept had already left for the day. They gave me the sales mgr., who talked over me when I tried to speak. Although he seemed to know everything by the way he talked down to me he was of zero help. Possibly will have it back early next week, only a little over 6 weeks since it was taken there. I realize it had to go to a body shop to be repaired. However, since it was less than 1 year old I wanted it fixed by the people Honda uses. So when I called them they assured me they would take care of it and provide me a loaner car if one was available. Then I was told they didn’t have one available but were working on getting me one. Finally… it’s not there policy to give loaner cars since it was going to the body shop (per sales mgr). I do like my car and hope to have it back soon. More
