From start to finish, Dave, my original sales associate, was attentive, honest, fair, and highly professional. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which I genuinely appreciated. After bringing my car home to South Bend, I realized the all-weather mats I believed were included were not in the vehicle. I contacted Dave, and he explained that they weren't included because they weren’t even available yet due to the car being such a new model. He promised to follow up once they were, and true to his word, he did. Fast forward four months, and Dave reached out to let me know the mats were finally available—and that they’d be personally delivered to me. Today, James, a young and professional driver, arrived at my workplace (after driving 1.5 hours!) to deliver the mats. He was polite, respectful, personable, and seemed genuinely happy to help. So far, I have nothing but praise for my experience with Genesis of Merriville. Special thanks to Dave in sales, Jaci in finance, and James for going above and beyond. From the first point of contact to the time I drove off the lot, I felt genuinely welcomed and valued, not just as a customer, but as an individual. Conrad and Adam were simply outstanding throughout the process. It was smooth and straightforward with no pressure to add on anything that didn't make sense for me and my specific situation which is not what you always see at deslerships. Once the paperwork was signed and the car was cleaned up (heavy rains the night before) Conrad took the time to walk me through all the car's features, demonstrating how everything worked which was a huge plus as I switched from an EV back to gas so I had to refamilarize myself with more buttons, lol I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Their professionalism, honesty, and genuine dedication to customer service are truly commendable.
