After the expensive service, the car engine seems to be louder and sluggish so I check the invoice hoping to see what exactly they did on the car. Not much information there, but I found that they have a louder and sluggish so I check the invoice hoping to see what exactly they did on the car. Not much information there, but I found that they have a misc charge on services in addition to the real charges. I called the guy who worked on my invoice and he told me that I have been a long time customer and they have always have that charge and that’s how it is. He also said it was on the estimate they sent me, so I checked after talking to him and it was not! So basically i been told that as a long time customer, I have been overcharged and that should be okay. More
