The online advertisement showed a very large discount on the vehicle, but when I arrived at the dealership I was told that the advertised amount included several special discounts (military, teacher, healthcare, etc.) that most customers do not qualify for. This was not clearly explained online. The process took several hours and the pricing was confusing. Although I eventually purchased the vehicle, the experience was frustrating and not transparent. Sales experience with the dealership was not positive. More
