I was very anxious about buying a car. I had lived in a city for over 20 years and never needed a car. When I arrived at the VW dealership, I expected what I understood to be the “care salesman” approach. But I got Adam. Adam immediately put me ease, listened to what I needed, leveled with me as a fellow human (not salesman), and quickly secured my trust. Not to mention, we had fun. Adam made the whole process so easy, and beyond that, he even drove the car to my new house, which was at the other end of the Cape. I love VWs, and I always will, but I really loved my experience with Adam. He is the kind of guy everyone wants and needs when making this kind of investment. More
