I am satisfied with the repair. I find it interesting that I had the car in for the same squeaky seat right after I purchased it. The repair at that time lasted a week. I did bring it back one other time but did not schedule an appointment as it wouldn't squeak that day. It been an irritation to me for over 2 years. Wish it would have been replaced immediately. I also noticed when driving home that I was due for an oil change. I didn't realize that when I scheduled the repair. It would have been nice if the technicians could have done it while it was in. A simple phone call to me would have done that. I live too far away to return the car for that, so I'll go down the road. Thats why the less than perfect stars. Maybe a little suggestive selling on needed upkeep would make you more money and save me time. More
