I actually bought from the South Charlotte dealer. No hidden sneaky fees and/or packages you don’t want either. Everything is clearly explained and broken down for you. Craig was my rep and he is super friendly and chill! He felt like a long time friend from the start. Definitely made my first time car buying experience stress free and easy! Highly recommend seeing him!! Awesome service and friendly staff overall!! Highly recommend the South Charlotte dealer to everyone. Well worth a two and a half hour drive one way to do business!! More

DON'T DO IT. ..I contacted them about a vehicle that was online...I wanted to make sure the vehicle was still available....I was told it was but that they could no ..I contacted them about a vehicle that was online...I wanted to make sure the vehicle was still available....I was told it was but that they could not deal me in person..."company policy"...I drove 2 hours to the dealer and guess what...NO TRUCK...the old bait and switch routine...put a bunch of stuff online that you don't have...get the customer there...try and sell something else...I obviously left and drove 2 hours back home...2 days later I get a text asking if I am still interested in the truck they don't have...unbelievable...they don't even communicate to each other who the screw over...zero integrity...zero competence...I would take a vehicle for free from these guys More

**** Beware Horrible Dealership**** So I purchased a Ford F250 that was tuned & deleted also purchased a warranty with the vehicle as the salesman convinced me this is the way to go in the diesel world! Ford F250 that was tuned & deleted also purchased a warranty with the vehicle as the salesman convinced me this is the way to go in the diesel world! Well it’s definitely not!!! The warranty company will not even touch the vehicle because it’s illegal to purchase or sell a tune and deleted diesel even if you live in a non-emissions state it’s federally illegal. I’ve been contacting upper management for months and I’ve got nowhere all I asked was to trade my vehicle out for another diesel that had emissions on it as I use this vehicle for Towing my camper and God for bid I get stuck out of state trying to find a shop to work on this vehicle which most mechanics and dealerships will not touch! I’m hoping this dealership makes it right but looking at all the other reviews I’m not holding my breath! More

Rude! The location off of Independence puts a whole new meaning on bad business practice! More like SCAMMERS! Called in very rude Called to see if a particular car was available. After being transferred four times I spoke to a guy who was super rude.
